Gave me the wrong order at first and then charged me for both orders. When I tried to explain the error to the person at the window, she just closed the window without saying a word. Later a manager came to the window and gave me a refund for the erroneous charge but it felt really awkward. Like they know they have an incompetent employee but they can't do anything about it. Not sure what is going on here but it doesn't make me want to come back. UPDATE: Thank you for the response, however, sending me to an impersonal corporate survey that asks for a bunch of personal info really doesn't make me feel better about the situation.

It's not to bad of a place but there was not but maybe a car or two in front of me in drive threw and there time frame could of been little faster not sure what it was going on but I think they could pick it up a little . Other then that the food was good 👍

I always go in and order the Frisco burger. This time, when we stopped in. we both got the maple bacon Frisco burger, 2 chicken wraps. One honey mustard one ranch and a large French fry. The sourdough bun was NOT toasted, and both chicken wraps were honey mustard . I'm very disappointed!!!! I love Hardee's Actually, I worked for Hardee's back in 1993-1997.loved working for this food chain. Thank you Ms. April M. Wolfe.

I got the frisco burger , mom got the mushroom and Swiss. Both were cold like they just got the burgers off the counter, cheese wasn’t melted and my bread on my frisco wasn’t toasted. It was just the bread. They were both the worst sandwich’s we ever got. We would of took them back but were already on the highway
Worst food from a Hardees yet. While traveling back home on the 8th, my family and I decided to swing in and grab some dinner for the road. After a nearly 10min wait in the drive through, we got our food and got back on the road. I'll start with the good... the employee was kind and the fries were hot. That's all. Everything from there went downhill. My Frisco BLT had half cooked bacon on it, soggy lettuce, almost no mayo, and the patties had definitely been sitting for a while. The chicken sandwich and tenders were old and either horribly overcooked or cooked in oil that was way overdue to be changed. All of which are ServSafe violations. In reference, the picture shared was the chicken sandwich. It is so dark it looks like a burger. We took the loss, I removed my bacon and lettuce, and we ate the food anyways because we were already back on the highway. Thankfully no one got sick. If I have to sit and wait for 10 minutes for my food that i spent nearly $50 on, and I receive fresh fries, the rest of the food should be fresh as well. Chicken takes half that time to deep fry...burgers and bacon even less time. If Rally's can do it, so can you....do better.

So glad that Hardees has sourdough buns for those of us who are gluten intollerant! (Both Hardees and Carl's Jr.). And those charbroiled hamburgers are very tasty.

I ordered the chicken tender platter. Everything was going great until I bit into a piece of plastic in the chicken tender. It seemed to be embedded into the breading. After looking at it, it looked to be a piece (about the size of a quarter) of the same lid that is on the coleslaw container. My coleslaw lid was fully intact. This ruined my appetite because I was unsure if the plastic had melted into my chicken. I called the Lima Rd. phone number several times unable to get through.
