Not a ton of vegan options, but the vegan ramen is great! Super flavorful.

I enjoyed the veggie tempura roll a lot, but be aware that even though it’s listed as vegan you still have to ask for no eel sauce. The first few bites of the ramen were great. I felt like the more I ate the ramen, the less enthusiastic I was. The broth was very good and I liked the kale noodles. Over time it just lacked depth. Overall it was a good experience and the staff was very helpful.

Food quality has declined since the last time we visited. When we told them the Wasabi wasn't hot at all, at the end of our meal, he informed us we should've ordered the fresh Wasabi off the menu.... excuse me, what? Is this a real thing? Crab Ragoon was good. Ginger tea also good. The server girl that was helping us was very nice. But, there are gnats, bothersome gnats, not just one or 2 either. My roll was ok. My husbands roll tho, was gross & waterlogged tuna and that made it mushy. He also ordered Nigiri and that was too very soft. We will not be returning. There are way better spots with way better quality food.
Tuna was waterlogged and mushy and was a color I've never seen tuna before. It was obviously frozen and awful. I was served fake Wasabi and was told I could order real Wasabi if I wanted to pay for it. This place is a joke, waste of money. Had flies buzzing around our food constantly. Do not eat here.

We were traveling through Fort Wayne from Ohio and stopped at Haru Sushi Izakaya. The service was excellent and food fabulous! While their menu had a wide variety for any palette, we enjoyed the Tuna Tataki, Double Kill, and Ninja Rolls. They were superb! We have decided this is our "go to" place when traveling through Fort Wayne. Highly recommend!
