“We loved this place. We had sushi and stir fried noodles and steamed pot stickers. All were wonderful, especially the noodles. Wonder of wonders NO “vegetable oils.” The stir fry uses sesame oil, so we could thoroughly enjoy without oxidizing our organs. THANK YOU!!!

“Easily one of the best lowkey spots in FW, they have a great variety of ingredients and toppings. I always get a bowl (usually with marinated salmon) and they pack it full. Everyone's oh so nice too! Highly recommend giving them a try. For people wary of what poke it even is, think of your favorite sushi roll and just deconstruct it, hope that helps!“

“My wife and I had an eye doctor appointment, and we decided to check out Shoccu, which was a couple doors down. The restaurant was clean with a simple yet, very appealing wood theme throughout. Our waitress was awesome, and the food was too. Shame on me, I did not take any pictures of our food, but I can tell you it was an appealing presentation. The sushi rolls were amazing. I plan to go back for another round and get some pics. If you happen to be close by, put Shocco on the to-do list because bold savory flavors, crispy textures, and a full belly await you. Oh, as per the waitress, REAL WASABI! BONUS!

“I have passed by this place a hundred times over the years and never thought anything of it. I recently moved to the area and wanted something out of the ordinary for dinner tonight because the kids were off doing their things. I got a spicy kani roll and a tempura asparagus roll. They were absolutely delicious. The taste, texture, sauce, and ingredients were all supreme. The best that I have had in years. The miso ramen was outstanding. It was the perfect combination of salt, sour, crunch, and slurp. We will definitely frequent more often.“
