I was a huge fan...all in...literally the best subs hands down compared to Subway, Firehouse and Jimmy John's...had even placed a large order for an event at work...it was all good...but then at my last visit a week ago, I was overcharged, argued with, yelled at and embarrassed in front of other customers and left to walk out with a totally incorrect order which wasn't what was ordered at all and couldn't be eaten due to dietary restrictions. First time I’ve eaten at a Jersey Mike’s. Best Italian Sub I’ve ever eaten. Freshly thin sliced meats and cheese and they don’t skimp on toppings. Highly recommend!!
