I usually love a Jersey Mike's but I just did not appreciate this location. There were five people standing around. Somehow they tried to take my order and then the five people after me and do all of ours at the same time. While three people just stood around staring. They managed to get my order wrong and And then I didn't ask for extra peppers or vinegar. But the guy who's just standing there says man. That's a lot of red peppers. You must really like it....

Disappointing; especially when compared to the competition. The sandwich was ok, but not special in any respect. The service at the counter was not good at all. We felt ignored. honestly. And when they did take our order, it was slow and wrong. Will not go back, I'm sorry to say. The Jersey Mike's in Houston was as good as this one was disappointing.

Jersey Mike's is definitely one of the better sandwich chains. They just tend to take a bit longer. I was asked approximately 6 what I had ordered before they started making it. But the sandwich was good and the store was clean. I usually get the chipotle chicken, sometimes in a bowl.
