“I have never done any kind of review before this but if there’s ever a time to write a good review it’s today. I came in and ordered food my girlfriend and myself sat down and began unraveling our sandwiches. I accidentally rolled mine too fast and it fell on the seat. Immediately I was pretty upset but before I even got up to pick it all up Alex was there and asked if they could remake one for me. I was not expecting that at all and it immediately changed my experience. We need more people like Alex in this world. Thanks again“
“My first experience at this location was definitely humbling. I lost my forms of payment and after several moments of me ripping my purse apart a customer purchased our $40 lunch. The staff reassured me that everything was ok , things happen sometimes and there was no reason to stress. The store was Clean they were prompt and very kind. 100/10 recommend♥️“
“Payton showed the best customer service I have ever received at JJ. Usually after a sport we like to go through drive up and get a sandwich to go. Usually around 815. The Cresent JJ never had lettuce or tomatoes. I understand 1 or 2 times stuff happens but last 5 times we went they were out of all the toppings for the day. So my wife and I called coldwater road and Payton took care of us even though they closed by the time I pulled up. Payton knows how to treat a customer all the way until the end of the day! Good job Payton! We will always be coming to coldwater road JJ from now on!“
