this 0place needs better sandwich makers...my sandwich was a mess and the delivery driver hit an employees car ...this happened last week.
Jimmy John's on Coldwater Rd has the worst, I mean the worst customer service ever!
We placed a simple order (but an expensive order) at 8:25, it's now 10:13 and it still isn't here.
I called at 9:09 and she said that the driver had just left. I called at 9:20, she said we got swamped at the drive-up and at the counter. That there were only two of them working and blah, blah blah!
