Either change your times online or don’t accept orders. Ordered at 8pm because it said drive thru was open till 9:30. Got there at 8:20pm. Wouldn’t answer drive thru. Wouldn’t come to the door when I came. Just sat there counting money. Wouldn’t answer the phone. So incredibly frustrating. 0/10 would not recommend.

Stopped in here. Because I hadn't been in a Jimmy. John's for quite some time with was very disappointed. I had my family there at their prices. And how simply the sandwiches were dressed? I believe Jimmy John's as a whole needs to re. Evaluate their price point and how much product is on their sandwiches? I also believe if you can't review your price point. And how much you're putting on the sandwiches. The best thing for Jimmy John's to do would definitely be to close each and every one of their businesses. Because I believe the price. I paid for 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks was extremely out of line, so you'll take this to heart. If you can't get your price point in a better configuration than please close your doors. There is no point in you being open and ripping off the customers.

We got sandwiches for the whole family. The bread was so tough that I could not even eat it. I do have dental issues but even other members of the family also had trouble. Won't eat there anymore.

Open till 9 arrived at 7, even online orders available if I was to use the app... But in person- doors locked despite open sign and all lights on, drive thru closed but employees inside. So basically they closed 2 hours earlier than posted? Maybe worth updating hours.

Worst service of my existence. Told me to call corporate to get a refund after waiting two hours for our partial order to be delivered. Called corporate and they told me the store does. Two hours later we are no where.

I just left from picking up an online order. A middle aged woman is working and she was unbelievably rude. I went to the end of the counter and asked her if the sandwiches piled up there were online orders. She answered like I was a complete idiot for not knowing that those were for delivery. After she gave me my bag of sandwiches, I double checked to make sure everything was in there. A sandwich was missing, but before I could say anything, she started rattling off my entire order with her arms crossed. I really enjoyed watching her make the sandwich that was missing because it was for me. I absolutely will not go back in honor of those poor souls who have to work with her and clearly are scared of her. I'd love for a manager to reach out to me so I can further explain. She's a nightmare. I picked my order up at 11:25 AM on Tuesday, October 17.

Ordered lunch at noon today, at 1:15 i called the restaurant. At 115 they answered on third time calling. They stated short staffed and they only have 1 driver. I get it, but other Jimmy Johns will stop taking or delay deliveries. Waiting over a hour and it has not even left the store yet with no notification is unacceptable. Now when it does arrive my lunch will be over.

Ordered through the app at 7:22 am for a 12:30-12:45 delivery. Called at 12:45 when the app showed it was not out for delivery. Woman who answered the phone said it would get there "soon" and that they only had 1 delivery driver. App stated it was out for delivery at 1:17. Arrived at 2:30. No apology, no inclination to make it right, no taking away the $5.10 delivery fee. Second bad experience at this store in the last month. Will not be going there or having delivered from there again. I have done Jimmy John feedback twice to no response. It's just bad business.

Weird experience for a Jimmy Johns. Used to be friendly and fast, this location is impersonal and slow. The food was fine once we got it, but it took almost 15 minutes. Two of us were the only counter customers, no one else was seated and drive thru wasn't very busy.

Sandwiches not made per the order. Took 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, there were no other dine-in customer's in the store and they had 4 workers to make 'em. This was the worst Jimmy John's experience I've ever had.Couldn't get root beer since it was not functioning properly and had to request ice from one of the workers because the ice machine was not functioning either.

Unfortunately had a rough experience. Had no French bread for the day, had to repeat my order multiple times, and when I got home it was messed up. I was the only person in line and no one was behind me. Based off other reviews your best bet is to shut this place down or have actual store management make changes to save face. . Know when to fold.

Ordered at 7:45pm, website said they close at 9, waited until 8:45 with no delivery. The tracker said delivered and I never received my order. I never have issues with any other location, this one is a joke.

Honestly, this is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. They are extremely slow and this last time that I went they had to ask me what my order was three more times once I got to the window because they kept forgetting. It’s just awful…
