Great place for the fastest food. Whenever I order using the app it is always made exactly when I get there. If I order ahead of time it is always ready. Every ingredient is top not quality.
Placed order for delivery at 11:57 am and order was delivered at 1:42 pm... I would have gone to the store if the website would have estimated that long of delivery time.
8/28/25 update - Since my original review service and speed has certainly improved. I ordered today at 11:38 AM and my food was delivered by 11:52 AM. Nice!

Payton showed the best customer service I have ever received at JJ. Usually after a sport we like to go through drive up and get a sandwich to go. Usually around 815. The Cresent JJ never had lettuce or tomatoes. I understand 1 or 2 times stuff happens but last 5 times we went they were out of all the toppings for the day. So my wife and I called coldwater road and Payton took care of us even though they closed by the time I pulled up. Payton knows how to treat a customer all...
