This location definitely lives up to the “freaky fast” slogan! Seriously saved my day when my catering service (different company) cancelled on me last minute and JJ’s took my down-to-the-wire order and I was still able to have my business meeting as planned! Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Really appreciate the service!

I was a little disappointed by the service here. The crew worker who took my order was not helpful, combative, and upset customers were coming in. I’ve been eating JJ for years and have never had bad service until now.

Walked in ordered two full size Gar. Subs were built, and cut in half, which is appropriate. The male employee placed them on the counter edge without bagging them. When I asked about that, he pointed to the paper sacks, and said 'they are right there'. Needs better customer service. HE should be bagging the order. In addition, there were 2 large plastic trash bags full of trash just sitting leaning on the wall near the soda machine. NEVER leave the trash in customer...
