Absolutely amazed! KFC's in my hometown have all been closed down due to extremely poor food and service. So happy I stopped at this one though! Skylynn and her manager made my entire day in less than the 5 minutes it took to make and recieve my order- fresh and hot! Wow, smiles and friendly service are so hard to come by these days- these girls nailed it! Thanks for a smile and great service! That's all it took- just be pleasant.

Visited KFC on E. State St in Fort Wayne yesterday and ordered the new hot honey chicken. To say the least it was very lack luster. Barely any of the hot honey sauce was on the chicken. And the chicken was cold.

The young lady working the window at the State Street location at 2:00 pm on Saturday February 8th needs a raise!!!! My husband and I are out and about and have stopped 2 other fast food places to eat but have drove off because people working the windows are so darn rude but this young lady was so professional and polite it really made our day so thank you so much!
