Went to KFC at 6 o'clock on a Monday nite to pick up dinner for the family. No chicken available. Counter person said 35 minutes for chicken, and we agreed to wait,no issues. Took only 30 minutess. Food was all hot and fresh, but i believe our chicken went right from the fryer to our 16 piece bucket so when we got to the last 4 pieces they were so grease soaked and most of the breading was off the chicken, and the bottom of the bucket had lots of grease in it. This Maplecrest location has issues. No one seems to care about cleanliness and things like drink tops and ice in the drink dispenser are rarely maintained. During my last visit, I ordered a chicken sandwich and instead of chicken breast, I received two chicken strips covered in enough mayo for 6 sandwiches.
