I ordered takeout tonight, and it was excellent! The food arrived correctly, and the spicy mayo was on point! Other sushi places don’t taste like this one! The size of the rolls were bigger than what I was expecting, which is a major win! Pricing is good, and I will be ordering again!

First, the table we were sat at felt slimy, by the sushi bar where I had to watch sumo wrestling on the tv from where I was seated … not the most appetizing view, to put it mildly. The menu and salt shaker felt as grimy as the table top did. Our sever was obviously overwhelmed by having maybe 3 tables, two of which were only two tops, one being my husband and I. I had to wait and wait and flag down for a refill and didn’t even realize until the very end, (when my husband had already practically finished “his” plate and said “mmm try this they cooked it perfect”) -that the reason i couldn’t eat the food the sever gave to me was because he gave us the wrong order. My husband got my medium filet mignon and I got his medium well ribeye, two completely different things. I told my server and the cashier that I couldn’t even eat my almost $30 meal because of such a rookie mistake (whether it be on the FOH or BOH,) and no one offered to comp anything off our bill- not my meal that I couldn’t eat, not even our $6 appetizer, or even our two sodas. Such terrible service deserves some kind of compensation or at least a coupon for next time, even though we will never be back and will be sure to spread the word!!! Usually we order $120+ in take out from Koto, this was our first in person experience and what a waste of time and money!!! Highly disappointed. Will never go back.

Great place for our dinner with family from out of town! Everything was fresh, delicious and the service was beyond what we expected! Definitely a new favorite of our family.

Wheelchair accessibility: My sister was in her wheelchair and the building, tables and bathrooms were all ADA accessible.

Service was terrible. 2 people in our party of 10 never were served despite reminding the waitress 3 times that they had not received their food. Only received one refill in our 2 hour dinner. Of which, 1 hr was waiting on food. The waitress and manager couldn’t tell the difference in steak or filet’s but still wanted to charge full price.

Had a fun time. The food was great. The server was in robot mode. You have two options for soup miso or clear the whole table got clear. I wanted the miso. My wife ordered white rice, and she received fried rice. The white rice did come halfway through the meal. Will be back

My husband and I chose this place for date night and was more than pleased. We got two appetizers, sushi/sashimi for two and two special rolls. It was all very delicious and fresh! We would definitely go back. Service was also good and we sat in dining so we didn't have to wait at all. This was around 5pm on a Saturday.
