made an appt for a covid test waited 3 days for appt arrived today to be told they dont have them. Can you please explain to me why nobody felt it necessary to contact me before I drove all the way there wasting my time and gas? You had no problems sending me reminder notices for the appt. Your pharmacy sucks and I am pulling my family of 6 and transfering to Meijers pharmacy. This is not the first time you have wasted my time and gas one time I was sent a notice that my scripts were ready for pick up I arrive and was told sorry we don't have it in stock when asked why they sent me the notification that it was ready she looked me dead in the eye and said she really didn't care why, but as far as she was concerned it was not that big deal then rolled her eyes. I hate your pharmacy staff

I go out of my way and will wait in a longer line, just to get Michael as my bagger. He goes above and beyond to take care of your groceries. Thoughtfully bags particular items together, and places the bags back in the cart with care. He’s the best!
