Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

We just love this place! We used to have a Lee’s over in Elkhart and I think Mishawaka and they closed down. I don’t understand why because they are the best chicken hands down! This location in Fort Wayne was excellent. I wish I could take them (the employees) and get them all over here into the Rochester area, because the customer service was great. The food was awesome and the location was fine (other than not being closer to us). These people really care about what they’re doing and producing a good product with a great customer service atmosphere. We dined in, but we made sure to bring a 12 piece home to snack on for lunches for the week. My husband also got potato salad that you don’t have it down below and it was very good as well.

Chicken is better than Popeyes by far. And obviously KFC. Plus they stay busy so it's always more fresh. The pot pies are to die for. They would maybe up the side game but it's cool. The sides are still not bad tho, don't be worried.

Chicken could have been cooked more… manager was rude… I asked for an extra ranch and she shoved one in my bag and said I had one in there!! Whole time… she didn’t put any in the bag… never again, when I really knew better..

Closed at 8. Couldn’t even get in!

Precious went above and beyond! After a technical issue and our online order cancelled, she took my large order over the phone and had it ready at the exact time I asked to pick-up. She also was kind enough to help us bring the order out to my vehicle (there was 6 or 7 bags)! The company I work for really appreciated it and loves the chicken!

Best chicken & fried pickles.

I would like to give a big shout out to manager Sheila and staff at Lee's on Rudisll. I ordered from the drive-thru today and my service was exceptional. It takes some getting used to the AI voice but after that I just wanted to say that my wedges were hot and crispy and fresh, my wings were hot and crispy my biscuit was nice and toasty and my green beans were delicious. Thank you from a big foodie, I really appreciated this.

Food was horrible. Chicken breast was cold, so dry it stick to the roof of my mouth.
It's tasted like it was from the day before.
Chicken and noodles were cold and had no chicken at all.

Ordered over a hundred dollars in food .. I got a 20 piece chicken strip meal , asked for them to be cooked to order that i didn’t mind waiting, she said no problem. Got home. And made plates for everyone. my husband made a comment more than once that he thought that it didn’t seem cooked and when we opened a new piece out the box it was still pink and cold in the middle .. I panicked and ran to my 6 yr old A piece of his was raw .. yikes!, most of the chicken was raw.. I took it back to the store and brought it to the managers attention and was told oh I’m sorry those must’ve been those bigger strips,, So you knowingly sent out Chicken that may or may not have been cooked thoroughly .. she then refunded the money.. please inspect food before feeding it to your family????????

I ordered gizzards at six p m and they came cold and hard and I had to throw them away because it could not eat them. Not sure why they even served them when they weren't even edible.
