Music was a bit loud, felt like I was in Applebee's but we could still talk ok. Food was good and everyone was friendly. Pretty pricey, half a sandwich and broccoli cost me 15 bucks.

We were given Free Meal cards by a McAlister’s Mgr from another location bc we told her we had never tried the Brand. Well upon walk in, a female named Nijier (spelling cld be wrong but she is the one w the large black plastic glasses) decided to open a 2nd register and just stood there. Then she said, about as low as she cld, “I’ll take whoever is next” while staring off into the restaurant. Of course no one but me heard her, and she simply stood there wouldn’t address anyone in line. Finally I said to her, “perhaps u cld directly address one of the customers standing in line and actually look at them instead of making it clear you really don’t want to help anyone”. She just rolled her eyes. As we stepped up to the register, she just walked away. Brianna came over to take our order and was amazing. She apologized for the other girl. Then Alaina brought our food and she was amazing. Briana even brought us some cheesecake as an apology. Hattie was also great and brought us a to go box and a smile! Nijier does NOT belong anywhere in the hospitality business! If it weren’t for Brianna and Alaina, we wld NEVER give McAlister’s another try! Wldve been ONE & DONE! That’s what that person is doing to your business! Great food. Take a look!

Had a pickup order, ASAP aka 15 minutes. I get to the window and it's not ready. Had to wait 5 minutes and then drive home to enjoy my food and my salad is completely wrong. I took off items as well as added some. None of that was done, and there is a sticker on the box stating what I ordered. I shouldn't have to pay $11 for a wrap and salad, for it to be completely wrong. Do better.
The worst salad Ive ever gotten at a McAlister’s. Had the Southwest Chicken Salad. It was thrown together sloppily, and I had to dig under lettuce to find the scant other ingredients. Maybe 1/4 cup of chicken, two slices of avocado, maybe two tablespoons of cheese. I think I’ve managed to locate a sixth black bean and a smattering of corn, and basically a pinch of tortillas strips. Our Berry salad was even worse. Cost $25 for two salads that I had to come home and add ingredients that should have been there in the first place. Infuriating. Won’t be back.

LOVE McAlister's. I am never disappointed. The food is delicious and it makes me feel good, unlike many other restaurants. Though the service may be a bit slow at times, the wait is worth it. I especially love the Avacado BLT sandwich and the Broccoli Cheddar soup. I usually get the Get Two, because it's a great price for a variety of healthier foods.
