My hubbie and I started visiting the Jefferson Point/ Illinois Rd. McAlisters about 9 months ago. We have nothing but good to say about it! The covered patio is great in nice weather. I love the hanging baskets of flowers. The food is yummy and made with fresh ingredients with lots of healthier choices than a burger or taco place. It's not a fast food restaurant, although we do get our food within 15 minutes. We order at the counter and our food is delivered to us by one...

By far my favorite experience here. I was warmly greeted by Kanylah and Aiden. I wanted to try a new tea, both went above any beyond to eas the anxiety and let me sample the peach mango tea. Kanylah even suggested from personal experience it would be better with a little bit of regular tea to ease the sweetness(which is what I was worried about). It tasted so good!! Out of all the spots I tried during my ~2-week stay in Fort Wayne, McAlister’s Deli was the only place I came back to—and not just once, but three times total. That says a lot.

I had the King Club (I think that’s what it was called), and it hit the spot every single time. It was filling, tasty, and consistent. The staff were friendly, smiling, and checked in on me during the meal...
