That said, the lady they have taking orders and then running the first window when you pull up needs fired. In all my years of interacting with people at fast food drive thru businesses, I've never had someone be as rude as the lady I encountered today. It wasn't just me thinking that, either. My niece was in the vehicle in front of me, and when we talked shortly after leaving McDonalds, she shared how awful and rude the lady in question was. To boot, my nieces order wasn't right.In all fairness, there is one small positive. When I pulled up to the window to get my food, I immediately told the young man about how rude the lady I just dealt with was. He immediately apologized. Several times, in fact. It wasn't his fault she was so nasty, and yet he apologized. That was appreciated, although the damage was done.Clearly, covid affected this world in many ways. I think one of the industries to suffer is the fast food business. They either can't find people to work or hire people who literally don't care about the service they give. The DT is supposed to be quicker than going inside. I had to wait while 4 cars in the other lane had their orders taken. I then git one of the rudest welcomes ever. I didn't even want to order then but I had waited and my grandson really wanted a mcflurry. I won't be stopping at that mcdonald's again.

this place is not real at all. it’s ghetto and run down. all of the employees are rude especially the manager. even when i worked there it was horrible and i felt so bad for the people. now even going to get a coffee i have to wait 10 minutes just for them to make it wrong and fill the cup only with ice. the food is 8/10 times made wrong. might be because they see my name on the mobile order and make it wrong on purpose ??

Very poor service. Most don't really know what they're doing, especially handling orders. Waited 28 minutes to get food and that's with standing at counter. They never called our number. Cold fries.
The food is good but the service and the atmosphere are horrible. Before the remodel, I used to get my food, and 2 minutes now, I was only getting my food for 26 minutes. I have never waited for my food at McDonald's that long in my life. It feels like I'm at Applebee's.
