Staff was friendly, but order came out wrong. Ordered a Big Mac, it came out with no cheese or lettuce. They said oh we are out of lettuce, but we can throw some cheese on it. They took the sandwich back shaped cheese on ot and gave it back. They could have had signs up saying they were out of lettuce. Didn't offer to give me something else. Also no self serve soda.
The food order was wrong, and the Young lady had an attitude when trying to fix the drinks. I still received the wrong drink. Every time I visit the Illinois location there's something wrong with the order.

The DT is supposed to be quicker than going inside. I had to wait while 4 cars in the other lane had their orders taken. I then git one of the rudest welcomes ever. I didn't even want to order then but I had waited and my grandson really wanted a mcflurry. I won't be stopping at that mcdonald's again.
