Today I decided to go to McDonald’s and I left there with two Fillet o fish instead of my one mcchicken. Which is no big deal I went in and asked for a Mc chicken to be made. The guy helping me took my bag of food and I waited a few minutes. He came back with a smaller bag with only my mcchicken. I asked him where my other food was and he couldn’t locate it for a few more minutes. I went out to my car and looked through the bag and he had taken my fries I had order. I walk back in and he has to make my fries again. I work at a restaurant and usually quite understanding of mistakes but this really just got me because of the way he handled it because there was NO apology and there felt like there was no rush, and most of all he didn’t seem to care he was wasting my time. I hope someone tells hi to properly handle mistakes like that. I forgot to mention he was a MANAGER

You know what... For a McDonald's, it was decent. The food was good but the service was sooo slow. I did the drive through and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food off to the side. The crazy part is that when I got there I drove right up to the speaker and there wasn't a line at all! Better than most of my McD's visits.

Placed a mobile order. This is the second or third time the dining area has been closed for pickup at normal business hours. I believe they are either training new employees or maybe short staffed? I'm glad the drive thru line wasn't long because I had to wait in the line to pick up my food. The employees were friendly. The food was good and hot when I received it and my order was accurate. This is one of my favorite McDonald's locations for food quality, speed of service, employee friendliness, and order accuracy. If you come at a busy time, the drive thru line is very long but the speed of service is still pretty good. The employees here seem to go above and beyond in being professional, friendly, and making sure your order is accurate.Parking: The parking lot is usually pretty full but there has always been at least three spaces to park when I come here.
