Placed a mobile order. This is the second or third time the dining area has been closed for pickup at normal business hours. I believe they are either training new employees or maybe short staffed? I'm glad the drive thru line wasn't long because I had to wait in the line to pick up my food. The employees were friendly. The food was good and hot when I received it and my order was accurate. This is the BEST McDonald’s in the tri state area. I can’t bring myself to actually express how I feel. The owner is there usually all the time. I can’t get food anywhere else like I do here. I pass 3 other McDonald’s to get here on DuPont Rd from my House. I deliberately avoid them for reasons. Drive thru actually moves, food is always done PERFECTLY. The owner needs to take over the other branches. He actually cares and it shows.

You know what... For a McDonald's, it was decent. The food was good but the service was sooo slow. I did the drive through and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food off to the side. The crazy part is that when I got there I drove right up to the speaker and there wasn't a line at all! Better than most of my McD's visits.
