The food was phenomenal as well as the adult beverage. The bartender was friendly and our food came quickly. Definitely will visit again.

Went there for my birthday with some family, best slider I've ever had in my life. The shrimp is fire too.

Too small
Fort Wayne needed a late night spot with quality food, a convenient location, and the best team around, thank you Night Train!! Can’t wait for my next visit in 🥳

To start, I think I just caught them on an off night. Visiting Fort Wayne for work. When I travel I prefer to find hole-in-the-wall, local-vibe places to eat/drink. Night Train’s subterranean atmosphere offered exactly that. Nothing fancy. Chill. Their food menu is small; a handful of burgers/sandwiches and chicken tenders. I ordered the tenders but a minute later, the bartender returned to let me know they were out of tenders. I had already returned the menu so I just took it as a sign that I should just have a cocktail and eat somewhere else. The cocktail was made quickly and tasted good. (Although the $10 price point for a Ketel One drink seems high for the market.) Maybe 2 minutes after I was told they were out of chicken tenders, the woman sitting at the bar next to me attempted to order a beer only to be told they were out of that too. Again, it was a Monday. Maybe they were unexpectedly busy the previous weekend and just ran low on things.
I would give it another shot if I’m ever back, but this round, the experience was 🤷🏻♂️

Restaurantji Recommends
Fort Wayne is not deserving of such a blessing of a late night cocktail bar, the chop cheese? THE CHOP CHEESE?! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, my taste buds felt unworthy of such a delicious sandwich. Not to mention the cocktails, Cooper, Zach, Tyler, Meagan, and even Tony are artists of the alcohol endeavors.

I visited for the first time and had a very disappointing experience with the bartender, Zack. His behavior felt rude and discriminatory. While he was friendly and engaging with the white female customers, even taking shots with them, I was treated quite differently. It was clear that non-white patrons were not given the same level of respect or service. If you’re not white, I would not recommend this place due to the poor customer service I experienced.
My boyfriend and I went to get a late night and drink and sat for 5/8 min. Yes it was slightly busy I understand but not one person acknowledge us to say they would be with us even if they took a while we would understand that. They looked at us and kept moving. I work in restaurant and bar and I would never ignore a customer even if it was busy. Just say hey I'll be with you in a bit.
