To start, I think I just caught them on an off night. Visiting Fort Wayne for work. When I travel I prefer to find hole-in-the-wall, local-vibe places to eat/drink. Night Train’s subterranean atmosphere offered exactly that. Nothing fancy. Chill. Their food menu is small; a handful of burgers/sandwiches and chicken tenders. Fort Wayne is not deserving of such a blessing of a late night cocktail bar, the chop cheese? THE CHOP CHEESE?! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, my taste buds felt unworthy of such a delicious sandwich. Not to mention the cocktails, Cooper, Zach, Tyler, Meagan, and even Tony are artists of the alcohol endeavors.
Awesome speakeasy atmosphere with a small but pleasantly surprising drink and food menu. The solid service and consistent late night hours may be the makings of a solid industry-friendly spot. Will be back. Will bring friends.
