Fantastic atmosphere and very customer friendly staff. Shake was good too
Very friendly
Stopped in for the first time today. I met the owner and told her I hadn't had lunch so needed something filling. She gave me several choices and told me all about their daily specials. I learned more about their family businesses and products while her grandmother made my protein shake. It was delicious and I saw all the whole ingredients that went into it. I will be back for more!
Just had a protein bowl and it tasted like vacation with that pineapple mango base! So good!

Great place to find something new and healthy. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help. If you need a recommendation mention something you like and they will point you in the right direction. Great family environment as well. Support local businesses. The grandmother granddaughter duo were some of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I was looking for my protein fix for the day and was recommended the mango tropical! It did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to be gifted a plant as well. Check them out for your energy, protein, and health needs. They have a very large variety even vegan shakes! I can’t wait to go back to try more.
