Great place to find something new and healthy. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help. If you need a recommendation mention something you like and they will point you in the right direction. Great family environment as well. Support local businesses. I have had their shakes and teas and I have not been disappointed with either. I just tried the protein bowl and it was delicious and filling. I definitely recommend checking them out!

The grandmother granddaughter duo were some of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I was looking for my protein fix for the day and was recommended the mango tropical! It did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to be gifted a plant as well. Check them out for your energy, protein, and health needs. They have a very large variety even vegan shakes! I can’t wait to go back to try more.

love the healthy choices and all natural ingrediants! In this day and age when so many of the ingredients we ingest daily are unhealthy, its nice to have some healthy choices to add to our diet! Also enjoy the natural energy boost, and all the positive effects the ingrediants have on our body! Definitely a nice family friendly place and the people are very kind and helpful!
