“Out of 5 stars I would give this place a 2 star rating. We decided to try here for the first time on Sunday, December 4, 2022. I was excited to try this place because I have heard so many good reviews so we left the comfort of our good little breakfast places in Waynedale and journeyed out to Georgetown Square. My boyfriend got a coffee and me a large glass of milk with a glass of ice. They brought me my glass of milk with a glass of ice water which is not what I asked for so when the server came to take our order I asked her also for a glass of just plain ice for my milk. The server was very polite and friendly she told me sure. 15 minutes later our food came out and I still have not received a glass of ice nor has anybody came back around and filled my boyfriend’s coffee cup. The food was good, my boyfriend really liked the pancakes that came with the Slam breakfast. When the server came back to give us our bill I asked her politely if she would take the milk off since I was not able to drink anything with my meal after twice asking for a glass of ice. She politely said yes I have no problem I’m so sorry about that I’ll take it off and as she walked away made a comment under her breath all this over a stupid glass of ice. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service. I’m sorry if maybe this lady may have been having a bad day but she turned my first experience at this place into a horrible one.“
“I woke up this morning at 2am with major jet lag and a strong need for a good breakfast. So, I waited for opening and took my wife for breakfast. We live the service, large portions, and great food. This is a great place to relax and have a meal.“
