They have really yummy food and drinks ... And also THEY HAVE A WIDE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR VEGETARIANS AS WELL witch is a HUGE PLUS... Also I recommend joining the sip club if your not a member already... it pays off quick if you pass here a lot ... 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Okay so as long as it is not busy you can get food quickly. But the busier it is the longer it takes. The staff (rightfully so) can be a little prickly due to the stress. So maybe be patient with them and don't rush them because they're just trying their best.
Vegetarian options: The food is so good! I love it here.
Dietary restrictions: They have a nutrition guide online and they tell you how much salt and caffeine are in things if you have heart problems.
Parking: If its not busy parking is easy.
Kid-friendliness: They have good kid friendly options.

We ordered hot soups specifically but were served cold and stale soups . When we requested for hot soups we were asked to reheat our selves in the microwave. Thank god we were not asked to cook the soup and food ourselves. The staff preferred to misbehave and were not willing to listen to our plight. Awful food and service with no hygiene. Not a place to expect healthy and hygienic food.
We ordered soup and it was served completely cold....When told it is cold they said go heat it yourself in the microwave.....why don't you give us the ingredients and ask us to cook it ourselves

Waited 9 minutes for a cherry pastry...dine in, handed to me in a bag. I asked for butter and they grudgingly gave me a plate which had black stuff stuck to it...asked for a clean plate. The quality og the food has certainly gone downhill.

I come into this location every single Monday on my lunch. I’ve always had great food and service. The last two weeks I’ve went, it’s been a 20 minute minimum wait, and they’ve forgotten my French bread both times. The first time, I didn’t mind because I’ve worked food industry and know how it can be. This past Monday, 11/11/2024, I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, which again is whatever, I’m patient. However, what bothered me was the young lady with the short blond hair handing out food/calling names. She was repeatedly grabbing doordashers phones with her gloves on, not changing them, and then continuing to serve food. That’s disgusting. Wash your hands, and change your gloves. Then to find out they’d forgotten my bread once again. Not sure what’s going on at this location but it’s definitely super disappointing.

So frustrating I go in to pick up my order of a dozen bagels for my staff I Ask the staff member behind the counter if the tub of cream cheese I ordered is in the bucket and she looks right at me and says it is. I get all the way back to my office and I have no cream cheese in the bucket.
