We usually pick up our Papa John's from the Maplecrest location because it is infinitely better quality but tonight we had to order with delivery and this is the location that delivers to us. I cannot believe how poor quality the pizza is. It looks like thin crust and it's burnt on top of it! I have jaw issues and can't even eat the crust it's so hard. This is NOT Papa John's pizza you think you're getting.

Got the New Shaq-a-roni and it's supposed to be an XL and the crust is supposed to reach the outside box. Our pizza looked like a normal large pizza.

From my experience this is the WORST papa John's in the entire area, I wonder if Tom McKinney the area supervisor is still there ir did he get fired when they found him boinking the underage employeeChances are the company swept it under the rug as the company is known for hiding things like expired dough,products

We ordered a garlic filled crust one topping pepperoni pizza large the special that's going on for 13.99. They didn't even put stuffed crust in the crust or garlic. we took back in the store and the younger lady told my wife it's not there fault and she would have to pay extra for another one. so we got a large pepperoni pizza for $15 basically. outrageous!

Can NVR go wrong with papa johns. The papa pairings for 6.99 is a bomb deal and it covers something for everyone. Havent had any problems with this location!

I have ordered pizza from this location many many times. Even before they moved from down the street to the building they are in now. I have never been disappointed in a pizza I got from them. Until tonight. I'm not sure what the heck happened but I'm thinking I might not ever order a pizza from Papa John's again if this is how it's going to be. I have always loved the chewy fresh tasting crust but this pizza crust tasted like cardboard and was very dry. The sauce and toppings were so skimpy. There were many places with no cheese and the spicy Italian sausage was quite lacking. I am not a picky person when it comes to Pizza so I rarely, if ever, complain. Tonight I did something I never thought I would do- I threw away half the pizza because it tasted so bad I knew I would not eat the rest of it. Sad day for me and Papa John's.

I work in a restaurant im very understanding but I mean come on. Our wings weren’t even sauced right they were drizzled BARLEY. Our Oreo desert was basically burnt and awful. Same with our garlic knots. A literal joke. No wonder this place has 3.3 stars complete waste of money. How has management not stepped up and made employees do better? As a someone who has been in the industry for years this is genuinely ridiculous. What kind of management is running this place?
