Service and ppl were great.Food not so much. Cheese bread wasn't toasted, the cheese was melted but the bread was still softly fresh. The sandwich was just more of the same. Under cooked/ toasted.But it did give me an upset stomach

The counter person was not paying attention to what we needed. My aunt has allergies so we asked that there would not be mayo on the sandwich. It was covered in it. We asked for there to be light sauce on the pizza sub and there was none. The pizza sub was shoveled oregano that got stuck in your teeth and was too overpowering.

I just went there tonight after a late day. I seen the open sign turned off which I’m assuming they do purposely because this was not the first time I seen this around 9:00pm and same manager inside. I looked online and seen they were suppose to be open til 10:00pm and decided to check the door and they were. There was a little Hispanic cashier that hid behind register with her head down and when the manager looked and her a giggles the girl popped up and giggled. Then after me another lady walked in and said I thought they were closed til I seen you in here.The cashier girl stared and laughed toward me almost the entire time making low comments. The manager would look and giggle too then say stop under her breathe. The little cashier girl (girl who took the orders) kept doing this and she made sure to help the lady who came in after me first and laughed that I had to wait and got burnt fries. After helping lady after me she stared and giggled more and I finally asked is something funny with me or why you keep staring making comments and laughing and she said oh no and didn’t know what to say….As they giggled before this (cashier/manager) were making my food they would stare down at it and at eachother and laugh and it really makes me wonder if I should eat or if they did something to it.

The poor manager tonight (3/8) was I think pregnant and doing the most she could while quite literally everyone else was not. She was trying to tell the little cashier girl to ask for help if she needed it over and over and she didn’t. That cashier moved slower than anyone I’ve ever seen and her and another boy just laughed at how stressed the manager was. Took 30 mins for my food an I felt horrible for the poor girl trying to keep things afloat. Give her a raise and fire the girl that hardly works on the register. Feels like everyone hates their lives and makes it known when they take your order and or serve you.

The food itself was very meh but what was disturbing was the employees constantly touching their hair and mouth/faces and then handling everyone's food WITHOUT GLOVES. Will not be returning.

First time eating at a Penn Station. Had their Reuben and fries which were both good.
There were three people working. They stood there talking instead of taking my order. Then the guy stood there, sweeping the floor instead of taking my payment. It took them ten minutes to start my order. Meanwhile, two employees stood there talking. Do NOT recommend. They didn’t start actually making my order and working until a big group of people walked in.
