I'd love to rate this place higher, BUT...We've been in twice. The first time we each paid for our own meal and a small fry was ordered with each. The person taking the order kept a ipod in during the ordering and failed to ring up one of the small fries, then when asked about it not being included in the To-go bag wanted to charge ( we'd have gladly paid the first time around but we were no longer interested in waiting for another bag to come from the kitchen. My daughter and I came in first time I have been to Penn station... amazing experience I normally never write reviews but this place was awesome...from the customer service and environment not to mention the food loved it ...but I did try to call several times to make sure the workers knew how great they were but no one answered. So maybe go in on the afternoon shift.

It took 1 hr 18 minutes to receive my sandwich correctly. We initially arrived at 6:15pm and it took 25 minutes to complete our order at first after they gave me my order with only 1 of 2 sandwiches and had to quickly make the 2nd. Got home and one sandwich was wrong. After going back, they remade it and gave it to someone else because they didn’t know where it was after I waited ANOTHER 25 minutes. Finally it was remade and I got the correct sandwich and walked out at 7:33pm....read full review
