We love this place so much we had our baby shower here! The price to rent the cafe and have catering was way more than fair. They were so kind and truly made us feel special 💖
first visit. food was so good! staff is very friendly. 5 stars!
I love this place. Such good food and feels like home! They even stayed open a little later to accommodate my mom and I so we could have a late lunch together.
By far one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Between the food and the environment. It's nothing short of stepping into a time machine or another dimension. The food is completely out of this world. Things you'd never expect to see together in a recipe, on a platter, or in a sandwich. Collaborating together so well. Blowing your taste buds away along with your mind. A relaxing environment indoors and outdoors. It's nice to bask in the sun with their outside dinning on a nice warm day, sun bathing and enjoying the modest traffic of Columbia City. Or step inside and enjoy the lovely, lively, warm environment indoors. With wonderful art strawn about, decor and nick nacks. Always a delight and even more so with company. Stop on by and you won't be disappointed!
Thanks Pickles Cafe' for being a wonderful part of our town and community!

We loved stopping here for an early lunch! The service was excellent and the food was prepped and served quick. Every ingredient to our BLT’s tasted natural and fresh! Would definitely make this a regular spot if we lived in Columbia City. High recommend.

The food is delicious! The portions are big. I was delightfully impressed. It's a delicious cafe downtown columbia with its own hodge podge of pickle pictures and chairs. The prices are good. The waitress was very pleasant. I would go there again. They have outside sweating. Great place to for breakfast. They do italian nights on Wednesdays which sounds amazing

My wife and I have never had a bad experience at Pickles. If I want something that is not on the menu, they go out of there way to make me happy. I love there pies. And the Hashbrown Casserrole is awesome. My wife loves the different ideas they come up with. Great job, everyone

I was told by a native that Columbia City is all fast food and diners.
Well I am here to tell you that one of the most pleasant lunch places I have eaten at in a long time is Pickles.
Whether you sit on the sidewalk or in the lovely atmosphere inside, the staff were attentive, The food awesome and the price reasonable.
I had the tuna melt on wheat with a side of a bowl of soup.
I shall be back again tomorrow

I was amazed with my breakfast. The burrito was better than what was expecting. The service was good and they have some of the best tea in Columbia City. Server was nice to bring a water dish for our dogs. In my opinion they have the best breakfast in the town

The food is great, however the real question is, how is post food experience? Welcome to the Pickles Cafe bathroom review where I give you the low down on the room where time slows down. Here is my bathroom breakdown:Atmosphere: 10/10, a wide assortment of paintings, highlighted by a framed image of a pickle that reaches eye level after taking a seat. Nice white noise from the ceiling fan as well.Cleanliness: 9/10, no smudges on the glass, no fear of catching general diseases from the toilet seat, but there was a thin layer of dust on the toilet roll dispenser.Technology: 8.5/10, nice modern porcelain potty but lacks seat warmers or a bidet system.Overall: 9.2/10, would poop again.

We thought when they closed in Dunfee, Indiana. Fortunately, we found them in downtown Columbia City. Excellent food. Try their pick 3 lunch items. They even have a pick 3 dessert plate. So good. Cranberry goat cheese ham panini with fresh spinach is great. Broccoli potato cheesy soup and the garlic smashed potatoes are sooooo good.
