Foods ok, have only had one mess up from them. My biggest issue is honestly that they need to train their delivery drivers how NOT to race around through the Kroger/ other stores parking lot. A lot of people use it, especially the driveway/lot directly behind the stores. Have almost been hit several times because of one of their drivers speeding through the lot back there. I don’t care how big of a hurry you think you’re in, there is NO acceptable excuse for that!

Everyone was very nice and very professional. I walked in, they took my order, I ran some more errands, came back a little early but they didn't mind me waiting. They were pretty busy, but they had everything flowing so smoothly.

Very inconsistent. It's bad enough that your app and website have been a problem for 10 years now. It crashes constantly. Doesn't let you use points. But when it finally does work what I've noticed lately is certain toppings for your pizzas are either out for a while and come back and show up but you pay for those toppings and they're still not on your pizza. Then all of a sudden those toppings are just gone. You got rid of the Peruvian cherry peppers years ago and I could live with that. Recently meatballs have just disappeared from the menu. Those really made the pizza for most people that tried it when I ordered it that way. Very disappointed that they're not on the menu anymore. Heard nothing about it but have paid for that topping a couple of times and I don't get it and now it just doesn't show up on the app anymore. I tried other locations and even ZIP codes around the country and apparently meatballs are just gone now. Everything else that disappears from your menu is scoured all over the internet with complaints but I've seen nothing about this. But I digress.My main problem is the amount of toppings just a few months ago were so good that I would show people pictures of the pizza I got from you and they were blown away that it was from Pizza Hut. Most of them order from Domino's or Papa John's and are tired of being screwed over and saw my pizzas from you and started ordering from you. The thing is, the last few times I've gotten pizza from you the pizza has been barren of toppings. some of the toppings I'm paying for are not even on the pizza and the rest are very skimpy in comparison to just a couple of months ago. It's why I've been going a month or two months without ordering whereas I used to order every single weekend. I only order on special occasions now when I have company and they are very disappointed because they're seeing exactly what they see when they order from your competitors because the pizzas lately look nothing like what I showed them back in the summer.The only other gripe I have at this particular location on West State in Fort Wayne is one of your delivery drivers is a little bit too friendly. Not sure his name. I don't really have a problem with him per se. But instead of just handing you your order and going about his way he wants to stand in your doorway and talk about his personal business or make remarks about what you've ordered and what have you. If it were only one time it wouldn't be that big a deal. But this has been going on since back in the midsummer of 2023. I noticed from about September until December he didn't deliver to my location anymore so I thought maybe he didn't work there anymore. I figured there had been multiple complaints about this behavior. But then the last two times I've ordered he's showed up again and it's the same old thing. I just want to get my stuff and shut my door and move on with my night instead of standing in my doorway having a conversation that I don't want to have as if we're buddies. I suspect this probably is just a thing for this delivery driver and he probably does this to just about anyone if they are a regular that orders often enough that he remembers them. It's not that big of a deal but it does make me just want to order somewhere else so that I can just get my food and go about my business. I can imagine it making certain people uncomfortable. It's just very off-putting. But I can't imagine someone else not having complained about the same thing seeing as this has been an ongoing thing for me for well over 6 months. I'm probably just going to order from elsewhere from now on so that I don't have to deal with the hassle.

I had ordered 10 pizzas to be taken warm to a customer, but somehow the app didn't work correctly. Of course I didn't check my email for confirmation, so when I showed up to get my pizzas, they didn't exist. The person helping me, and I assume it was the manager, retook my order, had it ready in less than 20 minutes, and matched as closely as possible the discounts I had gotten on the app. The pizzas were a hit and I was so thankful for the amazing help the staff gave me at this Pizza Hut. Obviously I will be back.

I was trying to figure out how to use my rewards online and it took my points away from me without ordering so I called the store and the guy advised me to download the app and try it through the app instead and it worked! I got my points back and I was able to order my food!
