This is the 3-4th time trying to call this Lima rd. location to order and the same recording just keeps playing over & over. I don't mean 3-4 times in 1 day ... I mean 3-4 different times/days that we had to order from Papa Johns instead (I wont order from them again either) because no one here answers...There was 1 time someone answered, he asked if I could hold, I said yes, and no one picked up again. I spoke to a lady at the Dupont Pizza Hut and unfortunately Pizza Hut has districts & can can't give delivery service to any customer that isn't in their district. It takes money away from the other locations. HA...now it makes sense doesn't it?....so, oh well if there's customers that dont get service from thier "assigned" district as long as another location doesn't step into our district. That is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess we should assign ourselves a different pizza place, not wasting anymore time w/Pizza Hut, if you don't want a customer fine, I'm sure your competitors will take good care of them!

I ordered my dinner for my family and we were missing a fri the driver said he was going to go back up and get it and we're still waiting over a hour later. After calling up there and reporting they acted like it was a bother

It would be nice to get a NOT floppy pizza from here where all the toppings don't fall off when you pick up a slice, or with every dip/bite you try to take. This seems the be the normal anymore.

pizza hut pizzas have gone WAY down hill on quality.. Are one pizza wasn't cooked long enough and it came out all soggy and sloppy. you couldn't even pick up a slice by hand it was so soggy the toppings slid off. We also ordered 2 pasta meals not knowing it was Penne pasta instead of the rotini pasta the use to have. Cause their menu DOES NOT tell you ANYTHING at all aboit the pasta meals. So both meals which cost us 16.00 went in the trash cause its not what we wanted. Plus the pasta was so soft it was like eating mashed potatoes,Which is another reason itcwent in the trash...Now im having to wait for another pizza.. they didn't even offer a discount or anything extra for the inconvenience.
I've noticed the owner only responds to Good Reviews on here and ignores the unhappy customers

Was a new building so it was nice inside. Staff was really friendly. Pizza could have been done a little more seemed like it was under cooked a little. Salad bar was good also everything was fresh..
