Great service with a friendly smile. Great cold brew, scones, refreshers and bagel 🥯 sandwich! I highly recommend!!
Coffee and treats are usually great tasting and I love the holiday variations throughout the year. Long time staff are usually friendly, although I've experienced some less than stellar attitudes from the weekend staff in Angola lately. The penny-gate rounding situation now is ridiculous and the prices should be adjusted to make the totals end in 5¢ instead of expecting the customer to accommodate your policy changes haphazardly. Five Lakes Coffee on Lima Road is easily one of my favorite coffee shops anywhere.
I actually drive about 20 minutes out of my way just to come to this location because the staff is so genuinely kind and welcoming. I’ve become a regular, and everyone always takes the time to ask how my day is going or chat with me for a minute when I come through the drive-thru. It really makes a difference and starts my mornings off right.
