called in an order for pick up... was put on hold for so long that I was there to pickup BEFORE I had placed an order...because they were busy visiting with customers in the store. 27 minutes and they laughed it off. go north. there's a carry out coney dog place in Hudson. so much better and the service is great. worth the trip. we won't be back here ever again.

This place is a local GEM!!! We made a large catering order and the owner personally connected with me on more than 1 occasions to generously offer more than we were asking, all while offering to personalize the service we received and make sure we knew how much our business was valuable to them. This place is over hyped, everytime I have been in there you stand around waiting for the lady to finally acknowledge you then tell you sit wherever like the sign doesn't say wait to be seated. it's almost like she could care less that you cane to eat there. after that it may be 5-10 minutes before she makes it to the table. not to mention they beg you to post on 2gofw which isn't what that group was intended for. slowly but surely I will stop going here all together.
