Fantabulous service! I placed a pick up order through a food app. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, the food app said my order was done and ready for pickup. But when I went inside, they could not find my order and when they checked the system they said they never received the order.
While they continued looking for it/ checking the system, I contacted the food app's customer service chat. The food app continued to insist the order was placed but the restaurant...
