Worst restaurant I've ever ordered from. They can't get your order right at all. If I could put 0 stars, I would. That's all they deserve. How do you make the same order 2 times in a row and miss 5 things both times? Absolutely terrible customer service. They should replace this place with literally anything else. Mr. krabs would run a better business than this dump.

Stopped in Rally's downtown Fort Wayne.......waited a couple of minutes at order window (no one else in line) without even being acknowledged, then when I was the employee came to the window, leaned on the counter and just looked at me. I said hello.....no response, blank stare. So, told my party "let's go", and left. I'm sure no big loss to Rally's, but beyond poor customer service!

Is there a secret word or knock I can do to ensure my burger is made correctly as I requested, with NO onions? With Red onions you can’t just pick them off they’re so strong, cuz I’m allergic…any suggestions?

One of the very worst drive thru experiences ever… Lady at the window was super rude… we waited over half an hour in line before they made us move to a parking spot. They said “2 minutes” but waited ANOTHER 10 and I went in to get it myself. Nothing was fresh. I didn’t eat any of it and we won’t be returning. Most unfortunate $30 ever spent.
Waited 30 minutes for food when 6 employees were working. Saved money on an AI drive through service but can't serve people faster? Sad.

Ralley Burger with cheese is to die for. Never change your spicey fries. : ) Never any problem with walk in service. Exact and to the point. Thank you for that. Customer service is gracious and curtious. If or when it's busy (drive thru) l have my order in and step aside. Thank you Ralley's. You`ve almost succumbed my yen for Coney Island. Ambiance is direct and to the point. Clean and nice. Thank you for being downtown. I went to McDonald's once. Once. You have good people. Thank you. I`m in ft Wayne ind. The best example of the bus service and mayor being community unfriendly, community neglectful and community abandonment.
