Rally's is a restaurant known for its friendly and attentive customer service, as noted by the staff's interaction with customers and their pets. The Rally Burger with cheese is a popular menu item, and their spicy fries are highly praised. The restaurant is clean and has a straightforward ambiance. However, some customers have mentioned issues with the freshness of the food, particularly the bread and fries. The drive-thru is a preferred option, as the lobby can sometimes be busy with food delivery services. The food is generally excellent, with fresh and hot burgers and hot dogs, though the fries may have been sitting for a while before being reheated. The restaurant is considered kid-friendly and a positive alternative to other fast food options in the area.
