Food is always excellent. Service is hit and miss honestly, but far from the worst I have ever had. As far as the atmosphere, they can't help the Doordashers that come to pick up food and loudly talk about the court order they have to not go near the people they are supposed to be delivering for. Drive thru is best option, avoid nightime lobby if you can lol.

This drive thru is 100% automated. In my opinion it was very difficult to use. The food was decent. You could tell the fries had been sitting a while, then refried to warm.
The burgers and hot dogs were fresh and hot.
They had us pull to the parking lot to wait for chicken but then forgot about us, so my husband had to go up to the window. The worker was very apologetic, so it made it a little better but was a long, unnecessary wait.

Food was so fresh.. I've not been to this location before but omg it was so good. Service on the other hand.. girl just wasn't friendly at all, didn't speak other than telling me my total. I told her thanks and have a nice day..I got nothing in return. And the AI taking my order.. blew my mind lol.. crazy but kinda cool.
