This has been our go to for fast food burgers but after tonight's experience we will not return! I placed our order requesting lettuce and cheese only on one and lettuce cheese and tomato only on the other. We got home and they were both covered with slop!!! Definitely not what we ordered. I tried scraping and wiping it all off but you could still taste it! YUCK!!! They were also quite cold. And the fries were also cold and far from fresh! This location has definitely gone downhill!!!!

I’m pissed my order I paid for online was not made when I drove 20 minutes to pick it up and then I was told the frier was off so I couldn’t get any food. I’ve been waiting/calling customer service for 3 plus weeks for My money back and still nothing ?

I don't know if you can give a zero or negative stats but I'm officially rating this place at -5 stars. I went there over an hour and a half before closing and was refused service because they were only accepting door dash. This happened once before and I thought it was a fluke. Nope, apparently this company feels its good business practice to be "open" and refuse paying customers. Forget not going to this location I'll never spend a dime on Rallys/Checkers franchise again in my life. When radically overpriced McDonald's makes you look bad you have a serious problem.

Ordered food through GrubHub and ordered 2 sweet teas and a milkshake and a sundae and was told their machines were down so that they could clean them. My GrubHub driver and I are both surprised that they didn't make the ice creams and teas before turning off the machines I ordered around 9 something. Why would they not notify a food delivery service of this?

Best burgers in the world. But I went through the drive thru and was asked what I like to drink I said Mountain Dew. I was told "we have coke products". So I say "Do you have mellow yellow". I get a cold, "no" ..... I love Rally's. I also work in the food industry. So when I get to the window to pay and I see the name tag says General Manager and the receipt says Admira. This is your General Manager?!? Nope, sorry but I will not be back at this Rallys. And I come here often. This isn't the first time this person has been cold speaking. It's just how they are. Not someone you want in customer service. Sorry. And we're there not any bigger bags? I ordered 2 burgers and a fry...the bun was so soaked my girl didn't want to finish hers. The bread can look like the pictures of advertisement. Just saying. I been in this business for 15 years. You need to realize when you work in the food industry, your attitude can ruin someone's appetite.

Placed an online order and it was sent to the wrong place, after my card was declined in person by an extremely rude cashier then worked fine while placing pickup order ?, came to the right place finally and manager was equally as rude as previous worker I had an interaction with.Guess that is just the overall vibe over here.?
