Pretty quick service and nice ppl working. Food is always correct and seemingly fresh. We go here every time we go to Fort Wayne.
Food was ALRIGHT. prices arent great. Fries were cold.
I ordered two classic burgers. The 2 for 5 for me and my sister. My cheese wasn’t even melted man. Maybe they was just having a bad day but I rlly expected my cheese to be melted. Yes I still ate it bc I’m a big back but shit
Rally's is known for its cheap, greasy, and delicious burgers that pass the vibe check. The staff is kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Recently, customers mentioned that the food is always hot and fresh, with fries being particularly praised as phenomenal. Several reviews highlighted exceptional service, with staff members like Marc and Jeff being described as the best in the drive-thru, even surpassing popular places like Chick-fil-A. However, some issues with organization were noted, such as a delay in receiving fries and an incident where an order was incomplete because the fries were not put in the bag, though these problems did not overshadow the overall positive experiences. The restaurant's location is at 6022 W Jefferson Blvd. in the plaza. Despite the tasty food and friendly staff, there are still some inconsistencies in service and organization that could be improved for a more satisfying experience.
