We visited for a late lunch, thinking the lunch rush would've died down. It took 50 minutes to get our food! There was only one person working, and he was apologetic both times we went to check on our order. But perhaps he could've told us that our wait would be more than 30 minutes. Once we got our food, it was very good.

Portions keep getting smaller. Love the food, unfortunately you don’t get what you pay for.

Me and a friend’s order were not listened to on what we wanted in our food and the staff refused to redo the order. Also the bulgogi was not at all how it is displayed in their display pictures as well.

Ordered the bulgogi, it was not as pictured on the website. It was mostly veggies. The tteokbokki I ordered no spicy, which meant there was no gochugang and instead was flavored by the veggies. Huge over sized chunks of cabbage plagued this meal. I got twice as much veggies than tteokbokki, which is what I wanted. I've never had tteokbokki that was this disappointing, this is not good tteokbokki, especially for 20$The Kimbap was also a wipe. One slice Daikon radish, 1 sliver carrot 2 pieces of lettuce, a chunk or fake crab and a thin piece of fried tofu - another 20 dollars.80 dollars later and I had the most disappointing meal ever to show for it. I can't even eat these leftovers, it's trash.Save your money and go to true kimchi or Ryus

We love Sophia's cooking and have been her fans since the first location. We got some pork belly stir fry, beef bulgogi, and some bean sprouts. It was delicious! As always.

Super disappointed compared to the original on coliseum blvd....literally like 8 peices of meat in my order of beef bulgogi.

This is a unique food choice at the Union Market. The team here has nice smiles and fast service. They were helpful taking the order and getting the order to us quickly. The shop was very clean and well organized/presentable. The text system to let you know when your order was done was nice it this open seating facility. I tried the corn dog special. No hot dogs in this kiosk. The dog was stuffed with a soft gooey delicious cheese. The breading was crisp and thick but not too crunchy. It was a tad bit greasy but not enough to overcome the cheesy taste. The beef Bulgoggi was delicious also. The mix of vegetables were very fresh and nicely chopped into smaller pieces. The beef was tender and moist. The smaller pieces of beef were easy to eat with the rice. The beef sauce was incredibly tasty. The sauce had a good beef presence with a slightly oily texture. It also had a slight amount of heat as I ordered the medium spice. The rice was perfectly cooked and made a great base to eat the sauce covered items.

Recommend this place. It's very good. Enjoyed the spiciness of the food. Nothing more to add.

The Jabchae noodles were excellent. "Stir fried sweet potato noodle with beef and vegetables; beef, broccoli, white onion, green onion, carrot, bulgogi sauce, rice." Mine also included a small side of kimchi - some of the best kimchi I've had. Looking forward to trying some of their other dishes!

The flavor of Kimchi is similar to that Walmart food, they forgot my cord dog order ,a rich cake still raw, hard to bite chewing and their food is similar to McDonald's. If you are looking for authentic Korean cuisine, avoid coming here.

First let's start out by saying this. Electric works needs better advertisement. My wife and I wanted to do something different for date night. So we went to electric works. The food area is so neat. Tons of different places to eat/try. We sat down at Charlie horse and ordered some drinks. Then we went walking. We decided to order bulgoghi from Soul Garden. The food was fresh and the taste was amazing! The aromas that come out of their kitchen draw you in from a far. This is the only item we ordered from them. I'm sure that you won't go wrong with anything they make for you.

I'm very disappointed with the food at the new location. It used to feel like a little taste of Korea.. everything was prepared in traditional Korean fashion. Now it's like Korean fastfood and simple cultural aspects of how the food is prepared and served have gone missing.Tteokboki is all about the sauce and they now serve it dry. Texture was off too. My jaw hurt chewing. I brought them home and plan to make my on sauce.3 stars for service. Very kind as always. And for flavor of the the bit of sauce that was own tteokboki.
