This is our favorite Starbucks location in Ft. Wayne. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a good experience. Being Right off I69, we see a lot of different people passing through as well as the usual locals.
Even though they were busy, they were aware of people coming in, ensuring that they greeted them with a friendly face. I'd only been in there a couple of minutes waiting on my mobile order when one of the baristas asked me what my name was and went out of her way to get my drink ready ahead of time. Crazy good customer service! Many other Starbucks locations could learn a thing or two about this! Thank you for making this a good experience!
Of all the Starbucks locations in the Fort Wayne area, this one (5723 Coventry Lane) is the best one from my experience -- and it's all because of the staff. They are genuinely nice people, friendly, engaging, conversational, yet still incredibly professional. I stop here on my good days and even on my bad days, and I always leave feeling happy or energized from my interactions with the Starbucks crew. If I had the power to give them all bonuses and a raise, I would do so...
