I personally love this starbucks! The environment is so friendly, it’s my favorite place to sit down and study with my coffee. There’s one worker who i think is especially nice i don’t know her name but she often has braids in and is blonde she draws like stars and hearts on most of her cups:) i think it’s cute and just tonight she gave as an extra free cake pop!

The lady in the pic identified herself as Karen. She decided to live up to her name. I ordered a Nitro cold brew with cold foam vanilla cream on top. They’re running a special and got my order confused for it. So when I asked for it to be remade like the normal nitro cold brew with foam on top (not cream mixed in), the girl, Becca, was confused and consulted with Karen. Karen then decided to yell at me across the coffee bar in meijer, while she had a line of three people waiting to order. She kept insisting I ordered it wrong and attempted to tell me the right way to order (which is what I ordered). I told her I ordered correctly and I think she was confused and then asked if there was a problem? Was there a price difference? She says no, and then proceeds to say, “Well you need to know how to order it right in future…” and begins to lecture me, loudly. It was mortifying. I told her I was not engaging in a fight over it while she was three deep in customers, and asked Becca just to continue remaking it (she was almost done), which Karen proceeds to CONTINUE ranting at me while an old lady is right at her register trying to order. I had my headphones in and luckily just spoke to her to stop yelling at me across the bar and that she was being incredibly unprofessional and rude, and that I couldn’t believe this was happening. Never in my life have I encountered something like this, she was adamant about winning a fight I never wanted to participate in! I hope management reflects on who they have in their stores, too. I’ve worked at coffee shops for years in college, too, and no way would I have ever spoken to a customer in that manner. And I come here ALL THE TIME. Not anymore!

I was not greeted when I walked in or while I was standing in line with no one in front of me. I dont know if the lady that helped me was new, but no one tried to assist her when she was confused about what to do.

They need a dedicated person to clean front room and behind the counter ( that you can see from drive window)

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to the unprofessional behavior displayed by two employees during my recent visit. One of the girls, who wasn’t working the window, engaged in a personal conversation with people she knew in the car ahead of us. While the interaction didn’t delay the line, it was unnecessary and out of place—especially as the store was close to closing.

What stood out even more was her reaction. She loudly said, “they’re staring at me,” while looking directly at us. Of course we were watching—we were simply waiting to pull forward to get our drinks. Comments like that are uncalled for and create an uncomfortable environment for customers.

To top it off, as we approached the window, she picked up a cup from the ledge and made a dramatic gesture, pretending to slam it down, as if irritated by our presence. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful.

I genuinely hope this isn’t behavior that’s overlooked by management. Customer service should always reflect courtesy and professionalism—this experience fell far short of that.

What good is the order ahead app when you wait for 20 to 30 mins after your posted pickup time??? People who walked in and ordered got their drinks before me. This is the third time I've dealt with this. Very poor management!

This used to be my favorite coffee shop with my favorite drinks, unfortunately I will not be back as they took away my favorite seasonal flavor- Toasted White Mocha. I hate when companies do this. Why take away something that is a fan favorite of MANY? Instead you keep the toothpaste flavored peppermint mocha? Bye!

I ordered my drink when I was 10 min away and I have been sitting in side waiting for almost 15 min and I’m still waiting for my drink
I dis recommend this location they always take so long to make your drinks and half the time they aren’t even good and they are always so snobby when you tell them that it’s not good and they act like it’s a big deal if they have to remake it when I spent almost $11

Waited 40 minutes for my coffee. While waves of cars in the drive through got theirs I waited inside as if I didn’t exist. Cashier was also petty & I understand it’s busy but don’t act miserable and spread to others

My drink that I paid eight dollars for tasted good but was only 2/3 full!! if I spend eight dollars on a drink, I would expect it to be completely full!!!!
Do not recommend going to Starbucks location!!
I didn’t even bother telling the baristas because the last few times I talked to them they always have a bad attitude or just severely lacking customer service so I just left!
