Terrible service. I made my order on the app, café mocha with whipped cream, two of them. Stopped by to get them. When I went in only one was done. No biggie, I'll wait. Well I stood there for a good while. Others came and went, getting their orders easily. After some younger guys came in, ordered, sat down and were served right away,I finally asked if I had been forgotten. I mean, I stood there a loooong time. Oh, yeah, they say... I was forgotten (in plain sight). They finally made my other café mocha, now that the first one was cold. I took it any way and went to the car. Cold. No whipped cream. Terrible service. Needless to say, that's a Starbucks we'll never go to again.

The barista (Logan I think) accidentally messed up someone else’s drink and gave it to me and my friends for free, which was very very kind. And he gave us free samples of food. Thank you so much!!

Quite literally one of the worst stores in town and I have to inconvenience myself to avoid it, since it’s the closest store. And anytime I do decide to go here I am disappointed in them and myself for even trying. And why don’t you believe in putting sleeves on 180+ degree drinks??

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Fort Wayne and now that you have made it to where we can’t get our own drinks it is even worse. Your barista can’t even give out the names of the drinks that are being sat out so we sit longer and wait until finally somebody acknowledges us and don’t let them know that nobody saying the names because none of your people care about customer service. by far the worst Starbucks in Fort Wayne I have made so many complaints and yet nothing ever changes because there’s no expectations to be good.

The drinks I’ve gotten here have always been good. They often run out of certain items and the wait is usually pretty long during peak hours. The drive through is not long enough and can cause a traffic jam.

I usually don’t write reviews, but his personality, efficiency, and work ethic led me to write this. This store is lucky to have such a good worker!!👏

I personally love this starbucks! The environment is so friendly, it’s my favorite place to sit down and study with my coffee. There’s one worker who i think is especially nice i don’t know her name but she often has braids in and is blonde she draws like stars and hearts on most of her cups:) i think it’s cute and just tonight she gave as an extra free cake pop!
