The staff and managers are rude. Self service kiosk didn't print my receipts and dude did nothing about it. You have to scan your barcode to fill up your pop. It's a joke. No wonder why this franchise is failing. The ppl running it are a sad excuse of humans.

Normally i would love coming here. when we rushed out of the house to get a milkshake because we were craving it, we got to the drive through ten minutes before close and they said they were only open to doordash. and when we asked why the lady on the headset said in a snooty voice “because we are 5 minutes to close.” so we ended our good night on a bad note because we didn’t get the milkshakes. and the customer service was not the best.

Didn’t get half my order after sitting in the lobby asking for the items missing the worker stood in my face staring like she didn’t understand anything I said. I tried calling the store multiple times after realizing I was missing items still and the line continuously rang.
