“This location really is one of the best locations in our city. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are always super friendly and fast, even my picky 7 year old asks to come here for their breakfast tacos and burritos. Thank you all for your service!“
“As a vegetarian going to fast food restaurants asking for specific changes on menu items is a roll of the dice. The TB on bluffton is normally 50/50 on getting things correct. This TacoBell on the other hand has been perfect for every order.

If doing drive through use the website or app to put your order in first. There are so many different options you can customize your order with. You can even turn a dollar menu item into a premium item for half the cost (cheesy bean and rice burrito + sour cream + lettuce + tomato = burrito supreme (vegetarian version).“
“Food was GREAT! I don't know how to use all the technology to order so I waited a very long time at the counter for service. Had great conversation with other customers. The only improvement could be that there was someone to attend the counter to service people. So people walked out due to the wait.“
“We decided to eat out tonight so our family had 5 boxes and of course the order was complicated. They were incredibly nice!!!!! Which has never happened at that one in the past. Also they even wrote on each box to identify what was in each box. And it was fast!!!! Everything was clean and perfectly cooked. “Walked in and saw two employees on their phone with gloves on then touching food with those same gloves. I asked the gentleman, Richard, if he was able to ask the guys to change their gloves before preparing our food. Richard took it upon himself to make our food and washed and changed gloves in between! THAT is hospitality!“
“So we went two nights in a row,  first night the awesome we did a large order enough for 5 people, lots of special order. Everything came out 👌 👍 .  Fast friend top scores.
Second night we can say quite the same we were picking our order and it just wasn't fast enough for the drive through person. Which was a guy, so the they actually laughed at us with the mic on.
We said maybe turn you mic off. Order 25 taco because we just wanted out of there and when we pulled up it was a third employees that gave us our food, 51$ dollars. To be treated with first day awesome second day like we were to be made fun of.

“Food is great and delicious. The service here I've noticed every time I come here the workers forget something. So, I realized I checked my bag and I had to ask them to get all the other food belongings in my bag. I ordered last time through the app and they forgot one thing. I did ask them and they made it right and gave me the correct order of what I paid for. Other than that this isn't the best tace Bell service. It is ok but in my experience these workers tend to forget something.

“Order 3 soft taco meat and cheese came with lettuce and tomato, order a chicken quesadilla no sauce has that jalapeno sauce, ordered cherry pepsi got regular order dew and got baha. I spent 20 dollars on a meal and know one will answer the phone. The need to get rid of the robot or make it 21+ to work there  and cash is us currency. What you mean card ONLY. I never had problems till they got the robot. Now I'm out 20 dollars and no one will answer the phone to fix my order. This stinks to say cuz they are probably the best taco bell in Fort Wayne. I'm hoping they will reach out
Update I'm out my money. I went back and ordered the same thing. I found out only 1 person working. He apologized for last time and said no one likes to work for the pay. Feel bad for being upset he did great.. If I owned a restaurant I would hire him and pay him double way to go buddy“
“The service was fine, and ordering went smoothly. And while the food tasted fine, it was probably the most sloppily slapped together mess I've ever seen. I ordered five tostadas, easy on the red sauce with onions. Only about two thirds of the tostada shells were even covered with toppings, so there was a lot of dry, bare shell to eat through to get to the stuff. A bunch of the toppings were strewn about the box instead of being on the tostada which was annoying, as I had to pinch it up and stick it on my food. If I hadn't, I would've had next to no cheese on my tostadas. Several of the tostadas  in my order had toppings on only half the shell, and the other half was nothing but sauce, so they were essentially a waste of money. I paid for an entire tostada; not half!
The last thing to mention was half of the tostadas also had broken shells. They were probably broken during assembly, but I feel they should have been thrown out and remade because there's nothing more annoying than picking up a tostada just to have half of it fall off and land face down in your box! With just a little care and attention, this could've been avoided.“
