“Food was GREAT! I don't know how to use all the technology to order so I waited a very long time at the counter for service. Had great conversation with other customers. The only improvement could be that there was someone to attend the counter to service people. So people walked out due to the wait.“
“They're really good about making the food and most of the employees are really nice, but the person that's usually on the window in the mornings is kind of rude. It's like it's a burden for her to be there, and it makes me feel bad for coming through. And if I ask her for sauce (because she never asks) it's like the biggest annoyance for her to give me some.
Also it seems like a lot breaks down here which is crazy because they just opened. The kickstart doesn't work, sometimes the fryer is down and they run out of food quickly. But the other employees and the quality of the food I CAN get has been good.

“So we went two nights in a row, first night the awesome we did a large order enough for 5 people, lots of special order. Everything came out 👌 👍 . Fast friend top scores.
Second night we can say quite the same we were picking our order and it just wasn't fast enough for the drive through person. Which was a guy, so the they actually laughed at us with the mic on.
We said maybe turn you mic off. Order 25 taco because we just wanted out of there and when we pulled up it was a third employees that gave us our food, 51$ dollars. To be treated with first day awesome second day like we were to be made fun of.

“They have been improving and its not fair that reviews often only get left after a bad experience. That said, accuracy has gone up tremendously over the last 2 years. Keep it up.
But portion size... is getting increasingly off. Often get tacos that are 66% shell, almost no inner ingredients. Tonight, got the chicken bacon ranch fries and it was like someone ate half of it, with almost no cheese.“
“Food is great and delicious. The service here I've noticed every time I come here the workers forget something. So, I realized I checked my bag and I had to ask them to get all the other food belongings in my bag. I ordered last time through the app and they forgot one thing. I did ask them and they made it right and gave me the correct order of what I paid for. Other than that this isn't the best tace Bell service. It is ok but in my experience these workers tend to forget something.

The first time I went there about a couple of weeks ago Tyrice and Mia were working and they were very friendly and courteous. It has been a long time since I'd been to any Taco Bell because before this trip the taco I ordered at another location was only filled about 25% of the shell. However when I visited the Coliseum Blvd location this time Tyrice made our food and the taco and 5 layer burritos we ordered were filled perfectly, not to much and not to little. It was the best taco/burrito we'd had since before 2020 and I made sure I told him that day before we left. So we went back again the other day, but he want working and the taco want as full. If I were the owner I'd much rather have them filled the way Tyrice did than the second time we visited that location. I'd recommend having show other how he makes them and then keep them like that. I'd never met him or Mia before that day, but I was impressed with both of them. On my second visit the other day someone named Adrian was there working and he was very friendly and courteous too.

We went to there again going to find Tyrice working, however he wasn't and sadly the meat on the taco wasn't even warm and it was so thin layered there was little in it and the chicken shell was a bit tough to eat. The hottest thing was the 5 layer burrito all of this was the $7 box. So we've decided if we stop in again at this location that'll I'll see if Tyrice is working then we'll go eat somewhere else, because the last two times the tacos had little in them and the meat wasn't hot. Your company needs to see how Tyrice makes them, because I'm telling you he made what I'd call the perfect taco and the perfect 5 layer burritoz not to much in them and not to little. Corporate should have him showing the others how it's done. I'm sure they're only doing what they were taught, so I don't blame them personally, but it needs to be corrected otherwise we may not be the only customers who stop going there if not made properly. I mean no disrespect to anyone, it's just a shame that there's so little in each item anymore expect when your employee Tyrice makes them. I don't know any of them personally.

“So their food obviously isn’t good for us and sometimes the workers rush through prep to accommodate their ever extending drive thru line. For sure. Won’t lie there. Atmosphere is as good as you’d expect a fast food place to be.
But the manager at this location? Top tier. The workers? Super friendly. Just today, my fiancé and I ordered thru DoorDash (we live close by but we are busy today) and 2 items tasted almost like plastic (probably a prep issue) and when I called up there to inform them (I used to work in the food industry) of the issue, not expecting anything out of it, (manager) Aiden took what I said seriously and sincerely apologized. I just figured they should know before they get a raging customer next lol.
Aiden was sooooooo friendly and made sure to go above and beyond by offering me to call or come in and ask for him specifically. When we got replacement food ordered, it was so hot and tasted way better!!! 5/5 stars for Aiden alone, he deserves a raise!“
“Last week I was given the wrong taco ( that sorta thing can ) I came back a week later and the manager working the late night shift I think? He was a older gentleman but was just incredibly nice and understanding! I would eat there again because great service

“I just picked up an order on Easter and the people working were so exceptionally friendly. Every time I go to this location the staff are always so nice. I didn't get their names unfortunately. They just seemed so positive and kind, and the person who handed me my food referred to me with They/Them pronouns which is nice because I'm trans and they didn't want to assume. It just felt exceptionally more positive and welcoming. The type of kindness that will make me want to go back just to experience the friendliness, and on a holiday too of all places. I was expecting them to be grumpy working on Easter Sunday. Love this location.“
