“Taco Bell on 931 at the edge of town The manager there is rude and obnoxious and I was there the second day I was in town asking for directions it took about two or three minutes and the person was asked to just let me find it myself showing no sympathy for new people that travel in and out of your town The young man at the window was from Peru Indiana and explain to me that he knew the area pretty well and I appreciated his help there was no one else in line behind me I wasn't blocking anybody but the manager thought that by the gentleman showing me a level of compassion as I was a stranger at the time that it was not appropriate I find the manager inappropriate“
“I always feel so bad for the employees in this store- most seem young and without solid leadership, they seem to be genuinely doing their best but have very little experience. Every time I’ve been here, they are behind on orders and not once did I ever see or hear a manager leading them. Though the service takes longer than average, the food itself has always been fresh and the orders are always correct.“
“There are some really good deals on the "Value Menu." I had lunch here a couple times and got good value for the money. The last time, the guy who made my food pointed out that they had a new kind of sauce, so I asked for a sample thinking it would come in a little packet. He put some sauce from a dispenser into a little container with a cover and gave it to me. That was pretty considerate.“
“I typically don't do reviews, but I wanted the guy who made my dirty pepsi this morning around 9am to know he made my day.
I am 18 and have lost over 4 ppl in the last few months, and this morning at 6am I had to go to the hospital because my grandma had multiple strokes and was in critical condition. I only wanted a dirty Pepsi, and me and my dad went through the drive thru, and the employee covered our drink. Being kind genuinely made me happy after hours of being in a depressing hospital. I dont know his name but please let him know he helped me tremendously today.“
