Takes to long in drive thu. Yesterday sit there over 10 min. Wanted to leave but could not back up.
You now have to order thru a kiosk. For older people this is a problem. And what happened to the customer experience being important. The staff is friendly but now they are separated thru a machine that took someone's job.
I typically don't do reviews, but I wanted the guy who made my dirty pepsi this morning around 9am to know he made my day.
I am 18 and have lost over 4 ppl in the last few months, and this morning at 6am I had to go to the hospital because my grandma had multiple strokes and was in critical condition. I only wanted a dirty Pepsi, and me and my dad went through the drive thru, and the employee covered our drink.
