Good food but not knowing there an automatic 15% gratuity on dinning is something they should make aware to customers BEFORE they pay or even order food. Very sneaky of this business! What's the point of tiping if they're just gonna silently add more gratuity?It's also 3% additionally if you use a card...So basically, if you come inside & eat & use a card to pay, add another 18% ontop of your bill.

The quacomole and chips were good. Thats where the good ends. Absolutely, hands down, the WORST fish tacos I've ever had. I took one bite. That was it. The lime was so old there was 0 juice in it, and it just like fell apart. Expensive mistake. I should have read the reviews 1st

I’m leaving another review because somehow they got mine deleted. My wife and I were going here for dinner before a hockey game. We got there at 7 o’clock and the place was essentially empty. We waited quite a while for any service. My wife ordered a margarita that came out with zero tequila in it.I ordered a burrito that was nondescript to say the least. My wife ordered queso that was lukewarm and in edible. The final bill was through the roof and my wife had chips and dip! When I went to pay the bill I told them that there was no tequila in the margarita and they laughed at me.. I didn’t even question it. I just paid the bill and I left. Don’t go here

We stopped in last Saturday. Very slow that night, but we still waited a while for service. I ordered a strawberry margarita which arrived in a smaller size the ordered. No tequila in the drink. It was just crushed ice and strawberry syrup. Because of the less than friendly service, I took a few sips, but did not send it back. I only ordered queso, and it came out room temperature. My husband's food looked okay, but kind of edible. Besides the poor service, bad food, and lack of tequila, the bill was the shocker. 38.00 for two people, and I did not order a dinner. My husband told the service staff about the lack of tequila, and was given a shoulder shrug and a smirk from the other employee. Not a friendly place to go, not good food, and being overcharged. No prices on the menu too. I wonder why!

This was the second time we ate there. The first time I thought our bill was to high. This time I looked over the bill before I paid, all was good and she rang me out and the card reader ask about a tip. I always try to give 20%, as I did this time. Again the bill seemed higher than it should have been. As soon as I was rung out she started to walk away, I had to call her back to get a printed receipt. I went over it again and there was a 15% gratuity added to the bill after I looked it over and she rang me out, along with the 20% tip I added. The food was small portions and nothing special. They are crooks and we will never eat there again.

They will SCaM you.. they have no prices on the menu (although you can look it up online for yourself) They automatically add a gratuity of 15% which you WILL NOT see when you are checking out (won’t see it until you get your receipt, if you ask for the receipt since they won’t give you an itemization unless you ask!) then you will receive a prompt asking for a tip.. most ppl will tip at that point NOT realizing gratuity has been added by the person ringing you up.. Be Aware .. the food here is just average btwThe waitress will ring you up and scam you

They are thieves. I had to ask to see the detailed bill, I looked over the detailed bill before paying, okayed it and she rang me up and the card reader asked about leaving a tip I always do 20% tips. the bill seemed high. I wasn't offered a receipt and had to ask for a printed copy. That is when I saw the 20% tip I added and there was a 15% tip that wasn't there when I looked over the detailed receipt before being rang up. I'll never go back to those thieves.

I actually used to really like this place but the wait staff does not care about customer service at ALL you can sit and wait for one small item for 30+ minutes!! Then there are hidden fees for EVERYTHING here! Awful!

This establishment has been hit or miss lately. Our server was not very attentive. We were the only patrons at one point and our server failed to check in on us after bringing us our food. Beverages were empty. Requested refills that never came. Overall it was a bad experience.
