I ordered food and the wait staff was great. I wish they would give me a breakdown of what I ordered and the price. I get the 15% gratuity bc the owners don't pay the workers s*** so we as the customer don't get the choice to tip or not. Even bad service gets a tip. Then you got the 4% surcharge for credit cards bc they have to report those earnings to the IRS and not cash therefore again it falls onto the customer. Just went today for dinner, and the foods wasn't that bad but it changed. Our foods were delicious but for kid meals, it is super dry. Fries are cold, chicken cold as well and the cheese stick is burnt and hard to eat for my toddler.
1st no pricing on the menu.
2nd WHAT IS THAT SERVICE 15% fees?? She only came to our table 2 times. Yet I left her tip but what kind of charge you guys still need? Even asking tips on the screen too.
