I hate to update my review but since our initial visit it hasn't been good. Which is a shame because our first visit was really good. On three separate occasions in the morning time we went through the drive through and the service was horrible. The lady working the window was rude each time and the food the last two times were subpar along with cold food that should be hot. Mobile app isn't up to date on location's inventory. An associate was very professional about accommodating my mobile order and she did an excellent job. Please make the mobile app more accurate with the location's inventory.

Order two things of TimBits, they handed me the wrong flavor in the drive thru, told me to pull around. Waited for 5+ minutes then when we got home the TimBits were still the wrong flavor. How hard is it?
